SecureSite AI is a Bengaluru software company. We make one product — SecureSiteAI — for manned-guarding companies that need to prove, every day, that the guard was there.
Why this exists
Manned guarding is a thin-margin, wage-heavy business. Most of what goes wrong in it is not dramatic: a guard who did not turn up but was marked present, a client who disputes an invoice because nobody can show the guard was on post, a manager whose “four site visits” cannot be verified, a back office reconciling attendance by hand for hundreds of people.
Each of those has the same root: the record of the shift was a signature in a register. SecureSiteAI replaces the register with a record that is written by the phone at the moment it happens — where the guard was, that it was really them, when they arrived and when they left — and puts that record in front of the operations team and the client at the same time.

Collect the minimum
Location only at the moments that matter. A face-match score, never a face database. No advertising SDKs, no third-party trackers, ever.
Your data stays in India
The platform is hosted in India. Your company is the data controller; we operate as your processor, on your instruction.
The guard is a user too
Attendance history, leave balance and grievance responses are on the guard’s phone. Fair for them, fewer questions for you.
One tenant never sees another
Every client organisation is isolated at the API. A client admin sees their sites; a guard sees their site; nobody sees more.
Built to be operated
Live updates over a persistent connection, backups every night, a version gate so old app builds cannot talk to a newer server.
