Any active staff account that checks in and out — guards and supervisors. Deactivated staff are not counted. Ask us how managers, admins and client portal logins are treated for your size of operation.
Yes. Sites and staff are added at any time and billing follows the active headcount each month. Most operators pilot on a handful of sites for a month before rolling out.
No. Client portal logins are included with the Growth plan and above. You decide which clients get one.

The guard app runs on the Android phones your staff already carry. There is nothing to buy. The Command Center runs in any modern browser.
